Working in Labs

The projects designers work on are pretty much self selected. As new entrepreneurs come into the team, designers, developers and marketers pair up when required. If designers fall in love with a project, it's possible to work on it full-time with a chance of equity as the business scales.

Designers at Labs have the freedom to experiment, innovate and build brands from the ground up. Being such early stage work, our designers are expected to own the entire creative direction of the brands they create. Designers work closely with entrepreneurs helping shape the future direction, decisions and culture of the businesses we create.
